be "Kosher for Passover" under the Kosher Supervision of a reconized Orthodox
Kosher Supervision.

qualified
Mashgiach (משגיח)
on premises who will be responsible for the Kasruths before and during Passover.

resort should adhere to Orthodox Jewish standards and Halacha (i.e. Shomer
Shabbath, etc).
