Rabbi Yishai Samuel, rabbi of the Yonatan community, is the hotel rabbi, and the hotel's halachic authority is Rabbi A.D. Auerbach, the Head of the Tiberias Beit Din.

All the food is under Mehadrin supervision and carries the top Badatz hechshers.

The chicken is under Rabbi Auerbach's hechsher and the meat carries Rav Landa's hechsher. All the vegetables are grown without insects. The manager of the hotel kitchens is a religious God-fearing Jew. There is complete separation of meat and milk.
