Dining

As Executive Chef of one of the largest catering companies in the New York area, Chef Goldenson knows the responsibilities involved in preparing thousands of meals a week, all seasoned and cooked to perfection. In his position there simply is no room for error. Aryeh is no newcomer to the Pesach scene either, for the past eight years he has been a Chef at a top of the line Pesach Resort.

This year he has worked closely with Michael (a chef himself) to plan each day's menu carefully to include every possible choice of delicacies such as lamb, veal, Prime rib, duck, fresh fish, and of course chicken. The side dishes will be so delicious and varied you won't even remember it's Pesach (let alone non gebrokts!). Aryeh has also promised to serve his award winning homemade cheesecakes for breakfast!

Hashgocha / Kosher Supervision

Rabbi Yosef Abecasis will be serving as head Mashgiach under the Hashgocha of Rabbi Shlomo Gissinger Shlita Rav D'Khal Zichron Yaakov, Lakewood NJ. Ches K - Chelkas Hakashrus. Rabbi Abecasis and his crew of mashgichim will be overseeing every aspect of the Dining & Hotel services. From the Kashering of all three kitchens to the food preparation to the hotel rooms themselves, he will be adhering to the extremely high standard of Kashrus that the Hashgocha demands - Chasidishe Shechita, Cholov Yisroel, Hand Shmura Matzo & Non Gebrokts.

Hotel Activities

In addition to a huge indoor pool (separate swimming), golf course, & tennis courts, the hotel will also be featuring a full game room which will be equipped with ping pong tables, foosball, pool table, loads of board games and card tables.

Around Cape Cod

Although Cape Cod is primarily a summer resort, there are many fun & exciting day trips available during the spring months. You can go whale watching, fishing, sightseeing plane rides, take a ferry to Martha's Vineyard, visit Zooquarium, or just shop Main Street's beautiful shops.

Day Camp

The Day camp will have many fun filled activities including scavenger hunts, animal shows, clowns, jugglers, face painting, & a trip to Fuzzy McGooz' Teddy Bear Factory. Brent Nixon will also being doing a special show just for the kids. There will be many things to keep children of all ages occupied. Babysitters will be available during the day, and walking the floors at night so you can enjoy the shows, concerts, tea room, or even a dip in the pool all the while knowing that your children are being looked after.
